At Furlix, we know you're excited to receive products that help your pet live more comfortably. Our team works hard to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Please review the information below to learn how we handle shipping, delivery, and order tracking.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
Furlix currently ships to customers in the United States and selected international destinations.
If your country is unavailable during checkout, please contact our Customer Care Team and we'll be happy to let you know if shipping is available in your region.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to shipping carrier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the items in your order.
From time to time, Furlix may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable offers will be displayed on our website during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to appear after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
You can check your shipment status anytime through our Track Order page.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or fulfillment location.
If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Delayed Deliveries
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Peak holiday seasons
- Unexpected transportation disruptions
We appreciate your patience and understanding if these situations arise.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately.
We can only update shipping information before your order enters the fulfillment process.
Furlix cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
To help us investigate your request, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the package and product (if applicable)
We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Furlix is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
