How to Track Your Order

Tracking your order is quick and easy.

  1. Enter your tracking number or order number.
  2. Click Track Order.
  3. View the latest shipping status and estimated delivery information.

If your order has already shipped, you'll also find your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

Tracking Not Updating?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.

If your tracking hasn't updated after this period, don't worry—your package is usually still on its way. Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays in updating tracking information.

Can't Find Your Tracking Number?

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Confirm the email address used when placing your order.
  • Contact our Customer Care team if you still can't locate your tracking information.
