Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team carefully reviews and prepares your products for shipment.
Processing Time:

- Some products may require additional processing time of up to 10 business days due to product availability, quality checks, or fulfillment requirements.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Canada & International Orders

Order Changes & Address Updates

We can only make changes before your order enters the fulfillment process.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Customs & International Orders
